EngSugar has extensive experience and high activity in the Brazilian sugar and alcohol sector. Our projects undertake savings and productivity, repositioning our customers’ business in an increasingly competitive market. Altogether, there are more than one hundred projects, with proven results, developed for sugar and alcohol production units, distilleries and engineering and consulting companies that provide services to the sector. Our philosophy is to invest in the development of solutions aimed at the continuous improvement of our customers’ industrial processes.

We are specialists in the execution of basic projects for the implementation of industrial plants and for the bidding of EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) contracts.
We always carry out this work based on preliminary technical studies, which ensure the technical feasibility and adequate treatment of the project’s environmental impact, enabling the evaluation of costs and the definition of methods and deadlines for execution.
The following elements are part of our basic projects:
- Development of the chosen solution in order to provide a global view of the work and clearly identify all its construction elements;
- Global and localized technical solutions, sufficiently detailed, in order to minimize the need for reformulation or variants during the stages of elaboration of the executive project and of carrying out the works and assembly;
- Identification of the types of services to be performed and the materials and equipment to be incorporated into the work, as well as their specifications that ensure the best results for the project;
- Information that enables the study and deduction of construction methods, temporary installations and organizational conditions for the work;
- Subsidies for setting up the bidding plan and construction management;
- Detailed budget of the project’s global costs, based on quantities of services and supplies, duly evaluated.
The executive project is the set of elements necessary and sufficient for the complete execution of the project, in accordance with the relevant standards of the ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards).
